Onboarding

Onboarding & Booking
  1. Only ZiffyHomes have the right to confirm or decline any tenant’s booking. In case ZiffyHomes decline any tenant’s booking, a notification via SMS or mail will be sent to the tenant on the same day.
  2. In case any tenant uploads invalid documents, ZiffyHomes can reject such invalid documents and extend the move-in date for resubmission of the valid documents by the tenant. Till such time, ZiffyHomes will not cancel the booking and only move-in date will be extended.
Security Deposit
  1. Tenants need to pay the Security Deposit at least 2 days prior to License start date/Agreement start date and also submit KYC documents 2 days prior to the move-in date for verification purposes. The move-in date will be delayed in the event any tenant fails to submit the required documents within the above stipulated time.
  2. Security deposit will only be not be adjusted against the rental of the Tenant.
Leave & License Agreement
  1. If the tenant renews the rental agreement 30 days prior to license end date then the agreement will be renewed 8% , and if the tenant renews the rental agreement 30 days post to license end date then the agreement will be renewed 10%
  2. The tenant has to bear a cost of INR 699 as Lease renewal charges
Move-in Process
  1. It is mandatory to schedule a move-in date at the time of booking. Please note that a move in can only be initiated 15 days in advance.
  2. The move-in date can be rescheduled to any day as long as it is after the license start date/agreement start date but the rent would be charged according to the license start date/agreement start date.
  3. If the tenant decides to move-in before the license start date/agreement start date then the license start date/agreement start date and move-in date can be preponed subject to the availability of the room. The rent shall be calculated according to the revised License start date/Agreement start date clause.
  4. However, the utility charges(Water Charges, Cooking Gas, Electricity Charges) and other charges will be charged from the actual move-in date.
  5. Token and Security deposit needs to be paid within 7 days starting from the booking date.
  6. KYC Verification is mandatory before move-in and same needs to be done by uploading ID Proof and address proof on Ziffyhomes Tenants Dashboard. The tenants will not get permission to move-in unless profile details are completed and documents are not uploaded and verified.
  7. The license agreement needs to be signed by the tenant before move-in and shall be delivered to the tenant within 7working days.
  8. The room will be automatically released and will be available for booking to others if the tenant fails to pay the move-in charges, security deposit and advance monthly rental in full before move-in date or KYC documents to ZiffyHomes.
Move-In Charges
  1. Move-in Charges are charged to all incoming tenants as part of the booking process. The tenant is required to pay the amount along with the Security Deposit of the house.
  2. Any damages or no function of the property assets are covered under free maintenance period.
  3. Post 15 days of maintenance free period a visit charge of Rs.125 is applicable for every visit and the material charges are to be paid by tenant.
  4. If all the not working assets or items are not reported within 15 days of maintenance free period will be considered as tenant liability of work.
Refund Mode

All refund shall be processed via online bank transfer only.

Refund Timeline

It shall take up to 30 bank working days to process the refund. Actual receipt of the money is subject to payment gateway refund processing timeline and tenants approval.

Notice Period, Lock-in Period & Minimum Stay
  1. 1 month’s rent will be taken as an early termination charge that applies if the tenants moves-out before completing his lock-in period of stay at the ZiffyHomes Property.
  2. The tenant has to provide 30-days' notice while vacating, without exception at any point in time, any shortfall in notice period will be charged on a pro-rata basis where the fees would be equal to the no. of days of shortfall of the 30 day period.
Please Note
  1. ZiffyHomes will not be responsible for any delay in police verification or execution of leave and license agreement due to delay from either the Tenant, Owner or the police.
  2. If during the tenure of the stay, if the tenant shifts to another house managed by ZiffyHomes, move in charges are to be paid as per the new property.
  3. The Society Move-in Charges (Required to be paid to the Society Welfare on behalf of Tenant), wherever applicable, needs to be paid over and above the existing charges.

Security Deposit

Deposit Payment Terms
  1. Tenant needs to pay two months of rent as security deposit. This may differ from location to location and the type of property.
  2. Tenant is required to pay a part of the security deposit (Token Money), at the time of booking.
  3. The remainder of the Security deposit post-booking needs to be paid on or before 7 days starting from the day of booking.
  4. The security deposit paid is mentioned in the rental agreement.
  5. Security/Token has to be deposited online.
  6. In the case where a tenant chooses to make an internal transfer or upgrade his/her current booking type, the difference in the amount of security deposit will be required to be paid by the tenant before move-in to the new ZiffyHomes Property. In case the new rent is lower, the difference in Security Deposit is adjusted against the following month’s rent.

License Start Date/Agreement Start Date, Rent Payment and Rent Inclusions Policy

License Start Date/Agreement Start Date

The rent will start from the license start date/agreement start date, provided at the time of booking.

Payment Terms
  1. Tenant needs to pay the rent in advance, on or before the 5th of every month.
  2. In case, the tenant is moving into a ZiffyHomes property in any day of the said month, the rent for that month will be calculated on a Pro Rata and needs to be paid within 7 Days of booking.
Late Payment Charges
  1. If the tenant fails to pay the rent on 1st, then ZiffyHomes will charge INR. 150 as late payment charges on every alternate day until the rent is paid.
  2. Non-payment of rent post 15th of the month would result in a breach of tenancy terms and the tenant would be required to vacate the scheduled premises within 48 hours.
  3. If the rent is not received by the due date as per the policies, ZiffyHomes is at liberty to report the delay or non-payment to credit agencies which can impact the tenants' credit score.
Your Rent Covers
  1. Monthly rent
  2. Fixed Furnishing charges
  3. Apartment/society maintenance charges wherever applicable (unless mentioned otherwise)
  4. Managed services in selected properties subject to the subscription taken.
Your Rent Does Not Cover
  1. Monthly Water charges
  2. Monthly Electricity Charges
  3. Monthly Cooking Gas charges
  4. Monthly DTH and Internet charges, unless mentioned in contract.
  5. Any recurring charges for the housekeeping, cleaning, garbage collection etc unless mentioned otherwise
  6. Any additional furnishing that’s not part of the ZiffyHomes package
  7. Club House or Other Amenities, if charged by the Society, are not included in the ZiffyHomes package and it is at the sole discretion of the Society to allow/not allow tenants to use common society facilities.
  8. Anything not mentioned in the “Your Rent Covers” Section
  9. "FOOD IS NOT PROVIDED AND NOT INCLUDED IN THE MONTHLY RENT" unless mentioned otherwise
Payment Options
  1. Online via debit card/credit card/internet banking
  2. ENACH (auto-debit from bank account)

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refund on cancellation before the license start date/agreement start date
  1. If Tenant cancels before the license start date/agreement start date, the token amount will be forfeited entirely.
  2. If the tenant doesn't pay the remainder of the security deposit and advance rent in full within 7 days of booking, the booking will be auto-cancelled. In this situation, as stated before the token amount will be forfeited in full.
  3. If the tenant has made all the payments on time before moving in, but due to unavoidable circumstances, he is unable to move-in, in that situation the token amount will be forfeited and the rest of the amount will be refunded in full.
Internal Move-In

If an existing tenant wants to move-in to a new ZiifyHomes property to experience better lifestyle then he has to follow few steps, they are as follows

  1. If a tenant wants to move internally into a new ZiffyHomes managed property and there is a difference between the old and the new of security deposit, then the difference amount will be adjusted with the existing IFRSD.
  2. Before moving in to a new property, the tenant has to complete the lockin period (2 months stay+1month’s notice) in the previous property.
  3. The tenant has to provide 30-days' notice while vacating, without exception at any point in time, any shortfall in notice period will be charged on a pro-rata basis where the fees would be equal to the no. of days of shortfall of the 30 day period.
  4. If during the tenure of the stay, if the tenant moves to another house managed by ZiffyHomes, move in charges are to be paid as per the new property.
  5. While moving into the new property, the tenant has to pay a pre-fixed Internal Move-in Charges. The breakdown of the said charge is: 1. Deep Cleaning Charges: Rs. 300
    2. License Fees: Rs. 670
    3. New Move-in Kit: Rs. 350

Theft & Damage Policy

Personal Belongings
  1. The tenant shall be responsible for his/her belongings in the Scheduled Premise, ZiffyHomes shall not be held liable/ responsible for the same.
  2. For general maintenance and/or showing the scheduled premises to any prospective tenants, ZiffyHomes OAR shall keep an extra key of the scheduled premises. It is hereby advised to all the tenants to keep their valuables locked inside the cupboards and not to leave them unattended.
Home Furnishing
  1. In the case of theft/loss and damage of any furnishings or appliances or furnitures in the house, all the tenants staying at the scheduled premises at that point of time shall be held responsible.
  2. A reasonable sum shall be deducted from the security deposit of tenants towards compensation of the loss/ theft and damage or an amount as mentioned in cancellation & refund policy. In case the recovery amount exceeds the security deposit, the tenant shall be liable to pay the amount.

  4. We shall not be responsible for any theft or accidental damage to your valuables in case of an untoward incident.
General Policies
  1. Keys for the main door of the house and particular rooms are provided to all tenants.
  2. On losing the keys, the tenant can make a duplicate key by himself/herself or request ZiffyHomes to do the same. In case, the tenant requests ZiffyHomes, a charge of INR 500 will be levied in addition to the actual cost incurred for making a duplicate key.

ZiffyHomes is not responsible for the maintenance of any appliances that are fitted in the house, that the tenant has rented, although on-demand ZiffyHomes may provide maintenance service and the same will be charged to the tenant

Agreement Renewal Charges

The tenant will be required to pay a non-refundable charge to ZiffyHomes towards the Agreement Renewal. The cost will be INR. 699.

Deboarding

Move-out Policies
  1. The tenant has to serve 30 days of the notice period without exception, any shortfall in notice period will be charged pro-rata based on the shortfall in the number of days from the 30 day notice period.
  2. Any cancellation after the move-in date shall be considered a move-out and all policies related to move-out shall be applicable.
  3. The security deposit shall be refunded, after the deduction of any charges as per ZiffyHomes’s policies, within 30 bank working days from the day of move-out.
  4. If the tenant decides to move out before the lock-in period as per license agreement of stay with ZiffyHomes, one month's rent as early termination charges would be deducted from the security deposit. Notice period of 30 days would be needed in any case.
  5. If a tenant moves out after completing the lock-in period without giving 30 days of notice, then rent for 1 month will be deducted.
  6. If the tenant moves out from any ZiffyHomes Property without giving any notice and he/she also hasn’t completed the minimum lock-in period, then 1 month’s rent will be charged from the security deposit.
  7. Any unpaid rent, utility payments will be deducted from the security deposit.
  8. A charge of INR 999 will be deducted towards cleaning of the room, linen change etc. on opting to move out. This is a fixed charge which every tenant will bear upon his/her move out from the property.
  9. The tenant has to pay for damages, on actuals, in case there’s some damage to the property or its belongings at the time of move out audit.
Move-out Process
  1. Move out needs to be initiated by the tenant via Ziffyhomes website and the official app. Move out notice will not be considered through other means like emails to Care, telephonic conversation with any employee, etc. will not be considered.
  2. Tenant need to ensure his presence on the scheduled move out date else the damages, if any, listed by the inspection team would be considered final.
  3. At the time of notice tenant agrees to show up the inventories to the sales team to close the inventory after his move out.

Move-out date changes

License End Date
  1. On opting to move out, the tenant shall be asked to choose a License end date.
  2. The settlement charges etc. will be calculated based on the license end date.
  3. The tenant can move out any time before the license end date.
Move Out Date
  1. The Tenant will also be required to choose a Move Out date.
  2. The Move out date can be any day on or before the license end date.
  3. The tenant needs to choose the move out date so that Official handover of the keys, Move Out inspection, etc. can be handled accordingly.
Cancellation Of Move Out Request

Move out request can be cancelled up to one day before scheduled Move Out date subject to availability and if the bed/room/house is not available, then the tenant can request for an internal transfer.

Safety and Security
  1. Ziffyhomes are located in various cities across India in reputed society and safe locations. In order to maintain a peaceful environment of the society, nuisance or misbehaviour of any kind including but not limited to playing loud music beyond the permitted time limit, drinking/smoking in society corridors/ premises and consumption of illegal and banned substances are not allowed in any ZiffyHomes.
  2. Internal issues/ fights among the tenants are better resolved among housemates. Involvement of ZiffyHomes is not beneficial and hence undesirable.
  3. During the stay, if the tenant violates any rules as specified herein or as included in the leave and license agreement, ZiffyHomes owns the right to circulate appropriate notice including but not limited to Eviction notice to the tenant or impose a penalty amounting INR 10000 or more at its sole discretion.
  4. There will be tenant visits, maintenance drives as and when necessary. During such occasions, tenants are requested to keep all belongings safe to avoid any confusion regarding the same. ZiffyHomes will not be responsible for any theft that takes place.

Terms Of Use

Ziffy Technologies Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “ZiffyHomes” or “Ziffy”) is concerned about the usage by its Users (hereinafter referred to as “USER”), of its Website (“Website”) located at http://ziffyhomes.com and has provided this Terms & Conditions statement (hereinafter referred to as “T&C”) to familiarize the User with it.

Acceptance of Terms

The services that ZiffyHomes provides to User are subject to the following Terms Of Use. ZiffyHomes reserves the right to update the Terms Of Use at any time without notice to User.

  • This Agreement, which incorporates by reference other provisions applicable to use of the Website, including, but not limited to, terms and conditions set forth hereof governing the use of certain specific material contained in Website, sets forth the terms and conditions that apply to use of the Website by User. By using ZiffyHomes’s Website and Services it offers including download areas, communication forums and services (collectively “Services”), User agrees to comply with all of the terms and conditions hereof. The right to use the Website is personal to User and is not transferable to any other person or entity. User is responsible for all use of User’s Account (under any screen name or password) and for ensuring that all use of User’s Account complies fully with the provisions of this Agreement. User shall be responsible for protecting the confidentiality of User’s password(s) if any.
  • ZiffyHomes shall have the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Website, including, but not limited to, content, hours of availability, and equipment needed for access or use.
Changed Terms

ZiffyHomes shall have the right at any time to change or modify the terms and conditions applicable to User’s use of the Website, or any part thereof, or to impose new conditions, including, but not limited to, adding fees and charges for use. Such changes, modifications, additions or deletions shall be effective immediately upon notice thereof, which may be given by means including, but not limited to, posting on Website, or by electronic or conventional mail, or by any other means by which User obtains notice thereof. Any use of Website by User after such notice shall be deemed to constitute acceptance by User of such changes, modifications or additions.

Description of Services

Through its Website, ZiffyHomes provides User with access to a variety of resources, and services such as listing the User’s property for the purpose of rent/lease, posting User’s requirement for a house/property for rent/lease, preparing lease/rental agreements, collecting monthly rent, collecting security deposit etc. The services, including any updates, enhancements, new features, and/or the addition of any new Website, are subject to the Terms Of Use.

User Conduct
  • User shall use Website for lawful purposes only. User shall not post or transmit through the Website any material which violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others, which is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane or otherwise objectionable, which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any law. Any conduct by User that in ZiffyHomes's discretion restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the Website will not be permitted. User shall not use the Website to advertise or perform any commercial solicitation, including, but not limited to, the solicitation of users to become subscribers of other on-line information services competitive with ZiffyHomes.
  • The website contains copyrighted material, trademarks and other proprietary information, including, but not limited to text, software, photos, videos, graphics, music and sound, and the entire contents of the Website are copyrighted as a collective work under the Trademark and Copyright laws of India. ZiffyHomes owns a copyright in the selection, coordination, arrangement and enhancement of such content, as well as in the content original to it. User may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit, any of the content, in whole or in part.
  • User shall not upload, post or otherwise make available on Website any material protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights without the express permission of the owner of the copyright, trademark or other proprietary right and the burden of determining that any material is not protected by copyright rests with User. User shall be solely liable for any damage resulting from any infringement of copyrights, proprietary rights, or any other harm resulting from such a submission.
Use of Services

The Services may contain email services, chat areas, forums, personal profile pages, photos, and/or other message or communication facilities designed to enable User to communicate with others (each a “Communication Service” and collectively “Communication Services”). User agrees to use the Communication Services only to post, send and receive messages and material that are proper and when applicable, related to the particular Communication Service. By way of example, and not as a limitation, User agrees that when using the Communication Services, User will not use the communication services for surveys, junk emails, etc,; Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights of others; Commit an act including, but not limited to publishing, posting, uploading inappropriate, profane, obscene photos, videos or any other material or information that is unlawful under the laws of India; Use any material or information that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary right of any party; upload files that contain viruses; advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any business purpose, unless such Communication Services specifically allows such messages; Download any file posted by another user of a Communication Service that User knows, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally reproduced, displayed, performed, and/or distributed.

ZiffyHomes reserves the right to review materials posted to the Communication Services and to remove any material in its sole discretion. ZiffyHomes reserves the right to terminate User’s access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time, without notice, for any reason whatsoever. ZiffyHomes reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as it deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in ZiffyHomes's sole discretion.

Users are advised to use caution when giving out any personally identifiable information in any Communication Services. ZiffyHomes does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Communication Services, and therefore, ZiffyHomes specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Communication Services and any actions resulting from User’s participation in any Communication Services. Managers and hosts have not authorized ZiffyHomes spokespersons, and their views do not necessarily reflect those of ZiffyHomes.

Member Account, Password and Security

If any of the Services requires User to open an account, User must complete the registration process by providing ZiffyHomes with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. The user also will choose a password and a user name. User is entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of User’s password and User’s account. Furthermore, User is entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under User’s account. User agrees to notify ZiffyHomes immediately of any unauthorised use of User’s account or any other breach of security. ZiffyHomes will not be liable for any loss that User may incur as a result of someone else using User’s password or account, either with or without User’s knowledge. However, User could be held liable for losses incurred by ZiffyHomes or another party due to someone else using User’s account or password. User may not use anyone else’s account at any time, without the permission of the account holder.

Disclaimer regarding Software, Documents and Services available on this Website

In no event shall ZiffyHomes and/or its respective suppliers shall be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tortious action, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of software, documents, provision of or failure to provide services, or information available from the services.

Details provided to ZiffyHomes or Posted at any of its Websites

ZiffyHomes does not claim ownership of the materials User provides to ZiffyHomes (including feedback and suggestions) or post, upload, input or submit to any Services or its associated services for review by the general public, or by the members of any public or private community (each a “Submission” and collectively ‘Submissions’). However, by posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting (“Posting”) User’s Submission User is granting ZiffyHomes and its affiliated companies permission to use User’s Submission in connection with the operation of their Internet businesses including, without limitation, the licenses rights to copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate and reformat User’s Submission; to publish User’s name in connection with User’s Submission; and the right to sublicense such rights to any supplier of the services.

Disclaimer of Warranty; Limitation of Liability
  • User expressly agrees that use of the Website is at User’s sole risk. Neither ZiffyHomes, its affiliates nor any of their respective employees, agents, third-party content providers or licensors warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free; Nor do they make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the website, or, as to the accuracy, reliability or content of any information, service, or merchandise provided through the website.
  • Website is provided on an “As is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, other than those warranties which are implied by and incapable of exclusion, restriction or modification under the laws applicable to this Agreement.
  • This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, alteration of or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortious behaviour, negligence, or under any other cause of action. User specifically acknowledges that ZiffyHomes is not liable for the defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of other users or third parties and that the risk of injury from the foregoing rests entirely with the User.
  • In addition to the terms set forth above, ZiffyHomes, nor its affiliates, information providers or content partners shall be liable regardless of the cause or duration, for any errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or other defects in the information contained within the website, or for any other claims or losses arising therefrom or occasioned thereby.
Unsolicited Idea Submission Policy

ZiffyHomes or any of its employees do not accept or consider unsolicited ideas, including ideas for new advertising campaigns, new promotions, new products or technologies, processes, materials, marketing plans or new product names. Please do not send any original creative artwork, samples, demos or other works. The sole purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes when ZiffyHomes's products or marketing strategies might seem similar to ideas submitted to ZiffyHomes. If such unsolicited ideas are sent, despite our request that you should not send us your ideas, please understand that ZiffyHomes makes no assurances that your ideas and materials will be treated as confidential or proprietary.

Monitoring

ZiffyHomes shall have the right but not the obligation, to monitor the content of the website, including chat rooms and forums, to determine compliance with this Agreement and any operating rules established by ZiffyHomes and to satisfy any law, regulation or authorised government request. ZiffyHomes shall have the right in its sole discretion to edit, refuse to post or remove any material submitted to or posted on Website. Without limiting the foregoing, ZiffyHomes shall have the right to remove any material that ZiffyHomes in its sole discretion, finds to be in violation of the provisions hereof or otherwise objectionable.

Indemnification

User agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless ZiffyHomes, its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against all claims and expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising out of the use of ZiffyHomes by the user or User’s Account.

Termination

Either ZiffyHomes or the User may terminate this Agreement at any time. ZiffyHomes shall have the right to immediately terminate the User’s Account in the event of any conduct by User which ZiffyHomes, in its sole discretion, considers being unacceptable, or in the event of any breach by the User of this Agreement.

Intellectual Property

All copyrights and trademarks held by ZiffyHomes with respect to its logos and content posted on the Website by ZiffyHomes etc are the intellectual properties of ZiffyHomes and all rights are reserved on the same.

Miscellaneous

This Agreement and any operating rules for ZiffyHomes established by ZiffyHomes constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all previous written or oral agreements between the parties with respect to such subject matter. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Refer & Earn
  1. Referrer will get Rs. 4000 if referring for a room and will get Rs. 2000 if referring for a shared room.
  2. Referrer’s friend will get 1000 credits after completing 30 days of stay with Ziffyhomes.
  3. The referred individual must apply the referral code at the time of sign up on Ziffyhomes.com or at the time booking provided they have not scheduled any visits previously.
  4. Referrer authorizes Ziffyhomes to deposit all or any amount to the bank account details as provided by Referrer to Ziffyhomes and unequivocally agrees to indemnify Ziffyhomes from all liability arising out of or in connection with the transfer of any amount to such bank account.
  5. The amount for the Referrer is subject to deduction of applicable taxes.
  6. Referrer will be responsible for payment of all applicable taxes on such amount/ income.
  7. Both the Referrer and Referee are required to stay for a minimum period of 30 Days with Ziffyhomes after the referral for either of them to get the referral rewards.
  8. The referrer can refer as many friends as he/she wants.
  9. If Referrer is also a Ziffyhomes Resident, the referrer will receive the reward as Ziffy credits on their dashboard.
  10. The terms and conditions of this program can be amended at any time at the sole discretion of Ziffyhomes.

Diwali Offer (October 2019)
  1. This offer is valid on bookings made before with 31st of October, 2019.
  2. The offer will be applicable from the month of the rent start date.
  3. The offer is valid until the inventory lasts.
  4. Once their booking has been confirmed. Tenants will be receiving 25% off on their monthly rent over a period of 4 months. For example: If the monthly rent payable is Rs. 20,000, then the tenant will be receiving ZiffyCredits worth Rs. 5,000 for the next 4 months, which they can use to pay the rent.
  5. This offer is valid on all the properties listed on ZiffyHomes website (www.ziffyhomes.com)
  6. The 25% discount will be adjusted with Ziffy Credits, not in real cash.
  7. The offer can not be clubbed with other ongoing offers.
  8. ZiffyHomes has all the right to withdraw the offer at any point of time without any prior notice.
  9. This offer is valid for the bookings coming between 24th October, 2019 and 31st October, 2019.
Autopay Terms & Conditions
  1. With effect from 6th December, It is mandate for all customers to make their rental payments through the Autopay feature. To make any rental payments, you must provide one or more Payment Methods. You authorize us to charge any Payment Method associated to your account in case your primary Payment Method is declined or no longer available to us for payment of your subscription fee. You will be charged Rs.1 for Credit Card as for bank accounts you will not be charged. You are allowed to change the rent charge date at any point of time.
  2. Only monthly rentals will be deducted from your rent, all other charges will have to be paid separately. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your account, you will be required to make payments. For some Payment Methods, the issuer may charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees relating to the processing of your Payment Method. Local tax charges may vary depending on the Payment Method used. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details.
  3. Payment Methods: Currently, we have two methods active: Credit Cards and Bank Accounts(E-Mandates):You can update your Payment Methods by going to the "Autopay" page. We may also update your Payment Methods using information provided by the payment service providers. Following any update, you authorize us to continue to charge the applicable Payment Method(s).
  4. Cancellation: Your autopay subscription cannot be cancelled during your tenure unless you initiate a leave notice. For any special cases, you may get in touch with the support team
